    Q: How are the candles made and where do they come from?

    A: Our candles are hand-crafted and painted by skilled artisans from Mexico.

    Q: What wax is used in the candles?

    A: We use 100% soy wax derived from the Soy Bean plant, which is kinder for the environment since it is naturally biodegradable.

    Q: How are items packaged?

    A: Our items are carefully wrapped and protected with bubblewrap and brown kraft paper then padded with crinkle paper packing shred or packing peanuts for better resistance against impacts.

    Q: How long will orders take to arrive?

    A: Orders tend to take 3-5 business days to arrive once payment has been cleared and package has been prepared for shipping.

    Q: How much will shipping cost?

    A: All orders up to $50 are eligible for free shipping. For more information on all our shipping rates please refer to our Shipping Policy page.

    Q: There is a problem with my order. What should I do?

    A: If you received a damaged or faulty item we apologize for the inconvenience it may have caused and please be assured that we will replace your item free of charge, just email us at aurorascandleeh@gmail.com with the order details of the purchase and a photo of the item. Please visit our Refund policy page for more information.

    Q: How do I exchange an item from Auroras Essence and Harmony?

    A: If you haven't found the right fragrance and wish to exchange it for another one, please make sure that your item is unburned and well wrapped for the return home. Once we receive the item we will send your new chosen fragrance to you FREE OF CHARGE!

    Q: How can I return my item?

    A: If you are unsatisfied with your candle you can send it back unburned within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Keep in mind there is a 20% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for the return shipping, also we do not refund credit card processing fees. Once we receive the item the reimbursement process takes at least 7 days.

    Q: How long will my return take to process?

    A: Please allow 5-8 business days for processing before your order ships.

    Q: What safety tips are recommended for the candles?

    A: We strongly suggest you keep your candles flat on a stable base, preferably a table, and away from pets, children, or flammable materials. Also candles should not be left alone and unattended, nor should they be left burning for more than 3-4 hours at a time.
